"Terrace Barn"

We are selling our "Terrace Barn", which is a Modular Horse Barn made by

"Port-A-Stall" (Visit their website Port-A-Stall).

This barn is currently assembled on our property. 

We will disassemble and load onto vehicle for buyer.

The barn is comprised of 3 sections, which can be purchased separately or together.

Each section measures 78' wide X  36' long with 12' ceilings.
If put all together, the building would measure 78' wide X 108' long.

It is designed as a horse barn with 12' X 16' stalls on either side and 2 12' X 12' stalls back-to-back in the center aisle.

Each section contains 12 stalls each for a total of 36 stalls when all together.

This is a "Port-A-Stall" brand modular building purchased new in 1997 by the previous owners of our property.  It was assembled here and has never been disassembled nor moved.

We are asking $20,000 for the entire building or $7,000/per section.

That is less than $3.00/sq foot!
